MPM Premium is a film sales company co-founded in 2018 by Marie-Pierre Macia and Claire Gadéa, Producers at MPM Film, and Jean-Charles Mille, founder of shorts sales agency Premium Films.
The company acquires 8 to 10 feature films and documentaries each year.
With its international team present at major markets and festivals, MPM Premium holds a true expertise in acquiring, marketing and selling globally films from all around the world.
Marie-Pierre started her career at the Cinémathèque Francaise, after earning a degree in Classics and French Literature.
Marie-Pierre is the former Director of the Quinzaine des Réalisateurs (Directors’ Fortnight) of the Cannes Film Festival, where she discovered and presented the debut films of such now-famous filmmakers as Mexican director Carlos Reygadas with Japon, Sofia Coppola with Virgin Suicides and the Romanian Directors Cristi Puiu and Cristian Mungiu with respectively Marfa Si Banii and Occident.
Macia has served as jury in many international festivals such as Rotterdam film festival, Jerusalem, Locarno, IDFA, Cluj, Mar del Plata and in Los Angeles.
Recently, Marie-Pierre produced at MPM Film Xenia and Dodo by Greek director Panos Koutras, Zama by Lucrecia Martel and Mariner of the Mountains by Karim Aïnouz.

Jean-Charles is a veteran of the film industry through the shorts sales company Premium Films founded in 1998.

Quentin Worthington studied Political Sciences in Lyon, France before he embraced a career within the film industry. He graduated from the Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris Programme (Fémis-Filmakademie-NFTS) and EAVE.
Through his work experience at CICAE (Paris), arthouse distributor Film Movement (New York) and European VoD player Under The Milky Way (Paris), Quentin has developed an expertise both in digital and theatrical distribution. Since 2016 he is fully dedicated to International Sales.
Quentin currently heads Acquisitions and Sales at MPM Premium, working closely with producers, festivals and distributors to market and sell their films internationally.
Natalia is a Filmmaker formed in Chile, holding an MBA in Performing Arts Management and graduate from Institut d'Études Supérieures des Arts in Paris.
Dedicated to exhibition, distribution and sales in Chile since 2010 for companies such as Cine//B, BF Distribution, the Chilean Ministry of Culture, Cine UDD and La Distribución, she works with directors such as Patricio Guzmán, Matías Bize, Alejandro Fernández Almendras, Maite Alberdi, and Alicia Scherson.
In 2022, she joins MPM Premium in Paris as Head of Festivals to be a nexus between worldwide producers and the international industry.
